I’ve just been informed that keeping your body Alkaline rather than Acid is what you need to do to prevent outbreaks. Most fruit and vegetables are alkalizing despite being acidic in form so eat mostly fruits and vege – do a search and you can find the lists. Apparently lemons and watermelon are the best things to eat to prevent an outbreak so try to have lemon juice with water everyday and eat watermelon as often as you can.
