If you’ve ever had a cold sore on your lip – you already have . Not that big a deal really. It’s the stigma that makes it hard for people. There are many worse things to have. But if you’ve ever kissed someone with a cold sore, or if they go down on you when they have one, you can end up with it down there too. You’d be very unlucky to catch it off the toilet seat – but then there are far worse things you can catch off a toilet seat so I wouldn’t sitting on on them for other reasons.

licking, touching, pretty much any skin to skin contact, expecially if that person has an outbreak

I had a single sore that I thought was , during the time I got tested I realized how much it can affect your life and I learned to accept it… it’s not funny. Even though my tests came back negative, I wen through an emotional rollercoaster for a month and I concluded that it’s not that big of a deal. There are much worse things in life than a few blisters. If I love a girl I wouldn’t mind getting from her.

By no means is funny. is not something to make fun of, because it can really mess up a person’s life. Imagine being ridiculed every time you go on a date or when you want to be in a relationship because you have something you can’t control. Imagine that.

we are going to get tested.

HOWEVER! LIKE SHE SAID… it is WAAAAAYYY more common THAN ppl like to let themselves believe. Stop making jokes about it and go get yourself tested. And not everyone has nasty outbreaks… Get real and understand that is COMMON.
