man i just love how these vids put the ultimate worst case scenerios on here…in reality 99% of people w both one and two have mild to moderate outbreaks which are NOTHING like the pictures that they show on vids like this one.

Up to 80% of people have had a cold sore on their lips at one time or another, so it’s only a matter of time before we all have it really. And it’s nothing to do with a lack of hygiene. Although touching your cold sore and not washing your hands may be a good way to spread it to other parts of your body.
